Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using Learn With Yuna, including parent accounts, free tools, Plus access, and content.

1. Operator and agreement

Learn With Yuna is a Narayu project operated by Sopheana Phy, also known publicly as Hunter Phy. By using the service, the adult user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Parent accounts and supervised child use

Parent accounts, purchases, trials, support requests, and legal agreements are for adults. Child-facing tools are intended to be used with appropriate adult supervision. The adult is responsible for account security, the information entered, and deciding whether a tool or piece of content is appropriate for the child.

3. Educational support, not medical care

Learn With Yuna provides general communication-support, AAC-style, speech-sound, story, printable, and parent-guided activities. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for a qualified professional.

No particular communication, educational, developmental, behavioral, or health outcome is promised.

4. Free access, Plus trial, and paid plans

Free features may have limits. A verified parent account may be offered a 7-day Plus trial. Starting the trial does not require a payment card and does not itself create a charge.

Paid access begins only when an adult chooses and authorizes a paid checkout. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, taxes, and included benefits are shown at checkout or in the Parent Account area. Recurring access continues according to the checkout terms until cancelled. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Accounts, device storage, and transfer files

Adults should keep account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access. Some Talk & Play content and settings may exist only on the device. Clearing browser data, removing the saved app, losing or resetting a device, or importing another setup may remove or replace device-only information.

A parent may delete the parent account from Parent Account. Deleting the account does not automatically delete device-only custom cards, saved phrases, favorites, Quick Help choices, notes, or settings. The separate Clear this device option removes local data from that browser or device.

If the account returns to Free access while more than the Free custom-card limit is already saved on the device, those existing cards remain available. New custom cards cannot be added until the saved total is below the Free limit or Plus access is active again.

Transfer Setup files are created at the parent’s direction. The parent is responsible for where those files are stored or shared.

6. Content entered by adults

Adults are responsible for custom text, cards, images, audio, names, support messages, and other material they enter or upload. Do not submit unlawful material or content that violates another person’s privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights.

When content must be transmitted to Learn With Yuna to provide a requested feature, permission is granted only to process, store, or display it as reasonably necessary to provide and secure that feature.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Learn With Yuna to harm or exploit a child, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or abusive material, interfere with security or service operation, scrape protected content at scale, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

8. Learn With Yuna content and third-party services

Learn With Yuna is presented as a Narayu project. Learn With Yuna’s original branding, stories, illustrations, interfaces, printables, text, code, and design are owned by the operator or used with permission. They are provided for personal, family, household, or approved educational use unless another license is stated.

The service may rely on third parties such as hosting providers, WordPress, Stripe, Google, email services, and ElevenLabs. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices, and their availability may change.

9. Availability and changes

Features, compatibility, limits, content, and pricing for future purchases may change. The service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or technical problems. Access may be limited or suspended for fraud, security risk, unlawful use, nonpayment, or serious violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn With Yuna is provided “as is” and “as available.” It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every child or situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or loss of device-only data. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Virginia law, changes, and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Questions can be sent to support@learnwithyuna.com or through the Contact page.
